Pricing
Fixed fees, agreed before we start
You will always know what a piece of work costs before you commit to it. No hourly rates, no six-minute units and no invoices you did not see coming.
Pricing philosophy
Certainty is part of the service
People delay getting help because they cannot predict what it will cost. Fixed fees remove that hesitation: you decide whether the price is worth it, once, up front — and then you can ask as many questions as you need.

The fee quoted is the total fee payable to Price Family Law. Court fees, expert fees and other third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated. All services are subject to an agreed scope of work; additional documents or work outside that scope may require a further quotation.
What is included
- A fixed price agreed in writing before any work begins
- Direct contact with Helen, not a case handler
- Written confirmation of everything discussed
- Email support relating to the agreed work is included for the duration of your engagement
What is not included
- Court fees and any expert or valuation fees, which are paid directly by you
- Representation as your advocate at a hearing
- Work outside the agreed scope, which is always quoted separately first
Pricing works in two stages. First, a short scoping call or email exchange to understand what you need — that costs nothing. Second, a written quote setting out the scope, the fee and the turnaround. Work begins once you accept it, and the fee only changes if you ask for something new.
