Your package will be tailored to the type and current stage of your proceedings. You will know what work is included, what remains your responsibility and whether any hearing support or additional services are charged separately.
You will work directly with Helen throughout the agreed service. There are no case handlers, handovers or repeated explanations of your circumstances.

Next steps reviewed
At the end of the agreed work, you will understand what has been completed and what happens next. If further support is required outside the original scope, this will be discussed and quoted separately before any additional work begins.

You will work directly with Helen and receive a clearly defined plan for the stages included within your package. The scope, fixed fee and any exclusions will be confirmed in writing before work begins. You remain the litigant in person and retain control and responsibility for your proceedings. Price Family Law works alongside you to provide strategic and practical support — it does not take over the conduct of your case. Court fees, expert fees, barrister's fees, in-person hearing support and work outside the agreed scope are included only where expressly stated in your written quotation.
